APO DigiCap Maturity Assessment

    Get Started with This Skill

    Overview

Draft and maintain a DigiCap-aligned maturity assessment: dimensions, levels, evidence, and strategic themes (customization, human capital, leadership) for manufacturing SMEs.

    Getting Started

Add your source materials to the project workspace, then activate the APO DigiCap Maturity Assessment skill. The agent will guide you through the process step by step.

    Example Conversation

Below is an example of how a typical DigiCap maturity assessment session unfolds. The agent confirms scope and drafts the assessment with dimensions, levels, and strategic themes.

You: We need a DigiCap maturity assessment for our manufacturing unit. Cover dimensions and the three themes (customization, human capital, leadership).

Agent: I’ll draft the DigiCap maturity assessment. Do you have existing evidence in the workspace (e.g. strategy docs, training records, process descriptions) I should map to dimensions?

You: We have a digital strategy, an org development plan, and process docs. Use those and add placeholders where evidence is missing.

Agent: I’ve loaded the DigiCap overview reference. I’ll create a section per dimension with current level and evidence, and a section on how customization, human capital, and leadership show up in your current state and gaps.

    Strategic themes

    • Customization: Our implementation is tailored to our site and product mix; we have not adopted a one-size-fits-all package.
    • Human capital: We prioritise training and roles over tool rollout; next step is to complete the skills audit.
    • Leadership: Leadership enables the program through sponsorship and resource allocation; we will strengthen change communication.

    Extension and validation

This skill does not include custom validation tools. Elaboration is guided by the workflow in the skill and the DigiCap overview reference. You can add extension tools later (e.g. to check coverage of dimensions or themes) by editing the skill’s extension.ts.
