DPC GDPR Transparency

    Get Started with This Skill

    Overview

Transparency (Art. 12–14) for DPC self-assessment: information to data subjects, Art. 13/14 lists, and proactive rights information.

    Getting Started

Add your source materials to the project workspace, then activate the DPC GDPR Transparency skill. The agent will guide you through the process step by step.

    Example conversation

You: Our privacy notice is out of date. We need to meet Art. 13 (and Art. 14 where we get data from third parties)—concise, clear, and with everything the DPC checklist asks for.

Agent: I’ll use the transparency reference (Art. 12–14 and DPC questions). I need to know: do you collect directly from individuals, from third parties, or both? I’ll draft a layered notice: controller identity and DPO contact, purposes and legal basis, recipients and transfers (with safeguards), retention, data subject rights and how to exercise them, right to complain to the DPC, and—if relevant—profiling. I’ll use clear language and call out any third-party sources and timing for providing Art. 14 information.

    Extension and validation
