    Tools

    • validate_checklist_coverage — Checks for at least one category per standard area (corporate, contracts, employment, IP, property, litigation, compliance) and flags missing areas.

    Example conversation

You: Build a due diligence checklist for our share acquisition of a logistics company. We need corporate, contracts, employment, IP, property, litigation, compliance.

Agent: I’ve created dd/checklist.md with categories and items for each area. Running the validator.

Agent: OK: all seven standard areas have at least one category. Ready for tailoring.

You: Add 5 more contract items for customer concentration.

Agent: Added five items under Contracts (customer contracts, concentration, key terms, termination, assignability).
