Overview

Generate or tailor due diligence checklists (corporate, contracts, employment, IP, property, litigation, compliance) by deal type.

Getting Started

Add your checklist (or deal parameters) to the workspace and activate the skill. Run the validator to ensure at least one category per standard area (corporate, contracts, employment, IP, property, litigation, compliance) and no empty categories.

Example conversation
