Overview

Write an assessment plan for an Ireland OGCIO Data Maturity self-assessment: scope, stakeholders, timeline, and approach aligned to the OGCIO step-by-step guide and DAMA-DMBoK (11 data areas, 5 maturity levels). The plan covers the Inform, Plan & Tailor, and Assess planning phases; findings and reporting are produced separately after the assessment is run.
