## Overview

Document how the organisation's programme management aligns to the Programme Management Maturity Model (PgM3): current practices mapped to the seven perspectives and five maturity levels. For UK government, public sector, or AXELOS-aligned organisations.

## Getting Started

Add your source materials to the project workspace (programme governance, processes, artefacts), then activate the *P3M3 — PgM3 Alignment* skill. The agent will guide you through mapping to perspectives and claiming maturity per perspective.
