## Overview

Document how the organisation's project management aligns to the Project Management Maturity Model (PjM3): current practices mapped to the seven perspectives and five maturity levels. For UK government, public sector, or AXELOS-aligned organisations.

## Getting Started

Add your source materials to the project workspace (project lifecycle, methods, artefacts), then activate the *P3M3 — PjM3 Alignment* skill. The agent will guide you through mapping to perspectives and claiming maturity per perspective.
