Land Registry (PRAI) Transfers

Overview

Draft Transfer Deeds and Assents for registration of title with the Property Registration Authority of Ireland (PRAI). The skill includes validation of Folio Number and Map Reference for PRAI digital registration and checking of Consanguinity Relief (s.81A) and Young Trained Farmer (s.81AA) stamp duty exemption citations.
