Overview

Draft and validate past performance narratives for US government proposals (project, customer, period, value, relevance, CPARS dimensions).

When to use this skill

Use this skill when you are:

• Drafting past performance writeups for a live solicitation and want each project vignette to hit the required CPARS-style dimensions and evaluation criteria.
• Reusing prior narratives across bids and need to quickly adapt and validate them for a new agency, vehicle, or opportunity.
• Quality-checking narratives before color team reviews or final submission to catch missing fields (project value, relevance, period, customer) or thin coverage on key dimensions.
• Building a library of standard project stories that BD and proposal teams can pull from, with consistent structure and completeness.

Typical users include proposal managers, capture/BD leads, contracts teams, and external proposal consultants focused on US federal/state/local bids.
