Overview
Review nonprofit workspace artifacts for mismatched names, EINs, governance facts, activities, fundraising geography, policies, donor disclosure, compensation process, approvals, and compliance dates.
What It Covers
- Legal name, EIN, state, fiscal year, address, and filing-identity alignment.
- Board, officer, independence, related-party, committee, approval, and minutes consistency.
- Activity, exempt-purpose, fundraising geography, gift, Schedule B, compensation, and compliance-calendar checks.
- Severity-ranked findings that route each issue to the owner skill and reviewer role.
Example Conversation
You: We drafted the profile, COI policy, Form 1023 narrative, state registration matrix, and compensation package. Can you find inconsistencies before our lawyer reviews it?
Agent: I will inventory the source artifacts, compare shared facts across them, and produce a findings table with severity, source files, owner skill, reviewer role, and suggested resolution.
You: Please fix everything directly if you find problems.
Agent: I will stop at the consistency report and readiness summary. For corrections, I will route each finding to the source skill so the underlying artifact is updated in the right workflow.
Sample Output Excerpt
The skill produces a findings report and readiness summary instead of rewriting source documents.
Nonprofit Cross-Document Consistency Report
Findings
| ID | Severity | Issue | Source artifacts | Owner skill | Reviewer | Suggested resolution |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| F-001 | significant | Fiscal year differs between the profile and Form 1023 narrative | organization-profile.json; form-1023-narrative.md | us-nonprofit-organization-profile | CPA | Confirm fiscal year and rerun dependent IRS outputs |
| F-002 | critical | State registration matrix includes online solicitation in NY, but fundraising footprint lists only CA | fundraising-footprint.json; state-registration-matrix.md | us-multistate-charitable-solicitation-registration | State registration specialist | Confirm fundraising states before submission |
Priority Actions
- Resolve critical filing and public-disclosure findings.
- Rerun owner skills for corrected source artifacts.
- Schedule counsel/CPA review after the package is internally consistent.
Extension Tools
This first release does not include an extension tool. The skill uses structured artifact inventory, consistency-check references, and standardized report templates. A later deterministic validator could parse the shared JSON files and prepopulate repeated identity, board, fundraising, and calendar comparisons.
Validation focuses on required output files, JSON eval coverage with intentionally injected mismatches, sync checks, and boundary adherence: the skill reports inconsistencies and routes fixes without redrafting the source artifacts.
Getting Started
Run this skill after the nonprofit profile and at least two downstream artifacts exist. Provide or generate the profile, board roster, activities, financial projections, fundraising footprint, policy index, compliance calendar, IRS exemption outputs, policy packages, registration matrix, Schedule B workflow, and compensation package where available.
