These Terms of Usage (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rakenne platform at rakenne.app (“Service”), operated by Rakenne (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use at support@rakenne.app .

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform.

Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Rakenne and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rakenne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@rakenne.app . Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though we may retain data as required by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
